At least once a week she dedicates a day to answering all kinds of questions that people submit, alongside the rest of her stellar content. It’s also a great account from which to find other educators and accounts that focus on sex and relationships!

WATCH | Special Books for Special Kids
We need more interaction with neurodiverse communities and content. This organisation is an advocacy platform where teacher Chris Ulmer hosts video interviews focusing on disability and neurodiversity, allowing people to self-advocate with a focus on empathy, education, acceptance, and celebration. The first video I watched was “A Day in the Life of Interabled Lovers” and it’s a joy to learn more!

LISTEN | Jameela Jamil’s “I Weigh” Podcast
Jameela Jamil has been widely recognised for her I Weigh movement, encouraging people to ditch the numbers and “weigh” themselves based on what makes them them. Her podcast of the same name, consists of her interviewing inspiring individuals such as actor Beanie Feldstein and former US Surgeon General Vivek Murthy, discussing issues like inconsisten smaple sizes in clothing, coming out, and why we are lonely. I devoured the podcasts in one sitting and suggest that you do the same.

I have been slowly working my way through this collection throughout the last few months, and have not yet read an essay that I haven’t enjoyed. In the process of being honest about herself and her behaviours, Gay encourages all of us to follow suit.
